CyberLynk Launches New Support System

CyberLynk recently implemented a new trouble ticket system for support
issues. This system is monitored 24x7x365 and will allow for faster resolution
to customer issues. To ensure the best possible service from CyberLynk we
recommend that instead of stopping by or calling CyberLynk that customers review
the KnowledgeBase articles and if help is still needed a Trouble Ticket should
be opened.
